MY HOLIDAY POEM

My house was like a graveyard

I had nothing to do

So all I did was

Play in my room

So I had nothing to do

And me and mum were bored

So we came up with a solution

And we ran out the door

I was feeling excited

And I was feeling free

It was a sunny day

So I ran and yelled, wee!

We finally arrived at our destination

a tiny café

I ordered a piece of chocolate

But it didn’t taste really great

And now it’s the end of the day

Today I had a blast

Now it’s time to go home
