My Dad Saved a Hawk
On the way to Hanmer
Springs. My Dad spotted a heroic hawk on the side of the road. The hawk had
blood all over its body, a car crashed into the hawk. So Dad got his gloves out
of the car. He caught the innocent bird and put the hawk in the deep dark boot,
the boot of the car was as black as night. When we arrived at Hanmer Springs.
We went to check on the Hawk in the boot. THE HAWK WAS ALIVE!!! My Dad got some
fresh water and squirted the bottle of water in the Hawk's mouth. My family and
I played around in the pool. We went to Willow Bank but they could't tack the
Hawk. So Dad took the Hawk to the vet the next day. Yay!!!
